If you are looking for someone to refinish or install your hardwood floors YOU ARE DONE LOOKING! Santos' work was superb... he guided us through the refinishing process, his work was excellent, he solved problems other firms wanted extra money for, made great repairs for a very reasonable extra cost where needed and was generally wonderful to work with. His costs were on the low end of what we were quoted but his work is of the very highest quality. He is a pleasure to work with. A real craftsman. I didn't know they made 'em like this anymore!

After getting 6 bids to refinish our hand-carved horizontal bamboo floor, Santos's bid was very reasonable. There were some problems with the floor, like water damage and some cracking boards. Some other flooring guys came in cheaper but obviously didn't have the knowledge Santos has.
Santos truly is an "Open Book;" he explained everything we could expect, all the possibilities of outcome of the job, and even explained what the other guys had in mind when they bid the job and why he was choosing to do the job the way he was.
All his predictions came true. In short--we are VERY pleased with Santos and his work. The work was all done on time, and everything came out beautifully. He pays attention to every little detail, which is crucial in flooring. He used several little tricks in his bag of knowledge. All the stuff I was concerned about came out exactly as he said they would. This is why you hire an experienced floor guy.
In the end, Santos did a great job and even helped out with a spot on our cabinet that needed some help. There were no upcharges or hidden fees. Great work, great price. I should also mention that Santos is a super-friendly guy and we were always comfortable having him in our house. Go with this guy! Do him a favor and contact directly (many sites charge major fees for lead generation)

Santos stood out as a craftsman who truly cares about the quality of his work and ensuring your satisfaction. I got several quotes and not only was he one of the lowest, but it was clear that he far exceeded the others in terms of capability and competency. Don't cover those hardwoods with cheap laminate or carpet, it is cheaper than you think and there is no equal to REAL hardwood!
My job was a living room, dining room, hallway and three bedrooms. There were spots where floor boards were missing, areas with warping and water damaged boards, and nail heads from old repairs. He took his time, matched the pieces perfectly and you would never know they were ever anything less than perfect. I will not hesitate to hire him again for future jobs. Invite him for an estimate and you will have no doubts that everything I have said is true.
